Gomory, Medical Adviser, at the meeting. The William Penn Fraternal As- * sociation represent# the merging of two of the largest Hungarian benefit societies in the United States. With ifs home offices in Pittsburgh, the new organization lias 90,- 000 members and. assets nearing $24.000,000. The merger was formed after two years of negotiations by the Ver hovay Fraternal Insurance Association in Pittsburgh, and the Rákóczi ' d Association of Bridgeport, Conn. Take Offices The new organization is taking over the offices of the Verhovay Association, 4-36 Fourth Avenue, Pittsburgh. The \erhovay group was organized in Hazleton, Pa., in 1886 by 13 coal miners. It moved to the present offices in 1926. The Rákóczi Association was founded in 1888 in Bridgeport, Conn. Branches and lodges of the organization are maintained in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia West Virginia and Wisconsin. National Officers Officers who will begin national four-year terms on Jan. 1, 1956, are: Coloman Revesz, president ; Albert J. Stelkovics, secretary; John Sabo, auditor, and Julius Somogyi treasurer.
