_ Minutes of the 38th General Convention of William Penn Association Held on October I I and 12, 2015, at the DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel in Washington, Pennsylvania SUNDAY - OCTOBER 11.2015 Before the Call to Order, Chair of the Convention Barbara A. House called for a Moment of Silence for National Director Roger G. Nagy, who passed away on September 24, 2015. 1. Call to Order. Chair of the Convention Barbara A. House welcomed the Delegates to the 38th General Convention and called the Convention to order at 9:00 A.M. She introduced the members seated at the head table and guest table. She stated the parliamentary procedures for the Convention are as follows: All members of the Convention are expected to be courteous in their speech and conduct. Each speaker will be expected to present his or her views clearly and calmly. Only that Delegate who has been recognized by the presiding Chair may speak. All comments are not to exceed five (5) minutes. Only those matters may be discussed at the Convention which have been included in the Agenda and in accordance with the By-Laws. Please silence all phones and devices. Anyone whose phone or device rings must pay $10 to the William Penn Fraternal Association Scholarship Foundation, payable immediately. Chair of the Convention House called upon the Chair of the Sergeant-at-Arms, Andrew W. McNelis, to introduce himself and his Committee Members. Andrew W. McNelis, Chair Richard E. Sarosi, Vice Chair Matthew J. Charles Thomas F. House David S. Kozak Justin L. McKinsey W. Harry Nicholson 2. Presentation of Colors. The Honor Guard from American Legion Post 175, Washington, Pennsylvania, presented the American and Hungarian flags. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. Teagan O.
