A Conversion Credit of 50% of the total Single Discounted Premium is allowed if the Plan is Converted to a new WPA Ordinary Life Plan at age 25. EXAMPLES: 1 Child Age 0 — . Discounted Premium to Age 25 is $288.20. 50% of $288.20 equals a Conversion Credit of $144.10, which can be applied to a new WPA Ordinary Life Plan. 2 Child Age 5 — ■ Discounted Premium to Age 25 is $265.10. 50% of $265.10 equals a Conversion Credit of $132.55, which can be applied to a new WPA Ordinary Life Plan. 3 Child Age 10 — ■ Discounted Premium to Age 25 is $231.10. 50% of $231.10 equals a Conversion Credit of $115.55, which can be applied to a new WPA Ordinary Life Plan. 4 Child Age 18 — ■ Discounted Premium to Age 25 is $140.60. 50% of $140.60 equals a Conversion Credit of $70.30, which can be applied to a new WPA Ordinary Life Plan. Certificate can be converted prior to Age 25 or can be continued.
