It was good to see our vice-president, Sándor Lakatos, at our latest meeting. Sándor had been hospitalized recently. We hope he is feeling much better and it’s good to have him back with us. It’s hard to believe that the year is coming to an end shortly. This is a sign of two exciting events which will take place. First is our annual election of officers for the branch for 1981 and our annual Christmas party for the branch’s children. Both adult and juvenile members should attend these affairs. Both will be held on Sunday, December 14, 1980 as follows: The annual election will take place at 2 P.M. The children’s Christmas party will start at 3 P.M. We will begin both programs promptly at the specified times. This will take place at: The President Palace Hall, 115 President Street, Passaic, N.J. 07055. There will be entertainment to make you laugh, gifts for the children and refreshments for all. So parents bring your children, children bring your grandparents. Santa Claus will be there and a good time will be had by all. Looking forward to seeing you all.
