The Board acknowledges a letter from John Hegedűs of Branch 48, New York, N. Y. member of the Disciplinary Committee and National Secretary is requested to reply thereto. 47. The Board acknowledges report of Director Joseph Toma with regard to the matter of Branch 51 in Passaic, N.J., where the Branch President is employed by another insurance company. It was suggested by the Board that Mr. Toma continue to watch this matter and sub­mit a periodic report. 48. It was resolved by the Board to have our official publication printed in two colors. 49. National President Elmer Charles, in his closing remarks, expressed his personal appreciation for the tremendous job the Board accomplished. President Charles stated that decisions brought forth at this time will bear fruit in the future. As expressed in the past, it is his desire to keep proceedings of meet­ings confined in the hearts of those who discuss them. Information pertaining to the membership will be published in our official publication “WILLIAM PENN LIFE”. He asks the Directors to keep searching for new ideas, so that the Association may prosper and grow. President Charles extended best wishes to the Board Members’ families, and to the Board, his best wishes for a safe and pleasant journey home. 50. Board Chairman John P. Balia, in behalf of himself and the Vice Presi­dents, thanked the Board Members for the fine cooperation extended during the proceedings of this meeting, and then wished all a Happy Easter and adjourned the meeting.
