A hullat/ék okozta kockázat 177 Risk of wastes by Dr. József JUHÁSZ C.E.. geologist The author proposes the setting up of a list of the sequential order of risks of environmental problems, in order to he able to evaluate the risk of wastes. In evaluating the magnitude of the risk involved one should consider the type of the contaminant (Table I) the characteristics of hazards tTable II) and the possibilities of protection and remedial action (Table IV). The magnitude of the risk is characterized by the sum of the points attributed to each of the above groups (sum of the positive and negative numbers, shown in brackets in Tables l-IV). On the basis of the risk involved the author specifies series of action groups (Action Group i-VIl). These categories can be used for defining the priorities of remedial action needed at various waste disposal sites (legal and illegal) but it might also give support to decisions to be made in the case of accidental pollution events associated with waste disposal. * * * Durch Abfall verursachte Risiken von Dr.-Ing. Geologe Der Author empfiehlt die Aufstellung einer Risiko-Rangordnung zum dem Zweck, daß wir die durch Abfall verursachte Risiken reall bewerten und im Umweltschutz sie ihrer Wichte gemäß einordnen können. Hei der Festigung des Maßes der Risiken muß man die Schinutzsloffe (Tabelle /.), die Charakteristika der Schäden (Tabelle II.), sowie die Möglichkeiten des Schutzes (Tabelle IV.) in Betracht ziehen. Die Grüße des Maßes der Risikon ergibt sich aus der Summe der gemäß den einzelnen Gesichtspunkten gruppenweise vorgegebenen l'unkzahlen (die eingeklammerten positiven und negativen Zahlen der Tabellen l-IV). Der Author hat auf Grund der Risiken-IIandlungskatcgorien (I-VII.) aufgestellt. Mit Hille dieser Kategorien ist es möglich die nicht entsprechenden Abfallablagcrungsplätze (legale und illegale) in Ordnung zu bringen und von Fall zu Fall kann man auch über die mit einer außerordentlichen Verumreinigung zusammenhängenden Aufgaben entscheiden. * * * Риск, обусловленный отходами Д-р ЮХЛС Йожеф, инженер, геолог Автор в интересах того, что риск, обусловленный отходами можно было реально оценивать, а также установить очерёдность важности в охране окружающей среды, предлагает установить очерёдность риска. При определении размера риска необходимо установить вид загрязняющего вещества (таблица I), характеристики ущербов (таблица II),возможность охраны (таблица II). Размер риска выражается как сумма баллов (сумма положительных и отрицательных цифр, стоящих в скобках в таблицах I—IV), оценённых отдельно по группам учтенных факторов. Автором установлены категории (I—VII) на основани размера риска для выполнения задач. На основании этих категорий возможно урегулировать непригодные (легальные и нелегальные) места размещения отходов согласно ечерёдности их возможности, а в отдельных случаях можно решить задачи, связянные с чрезвычайными загрязнениями.
