115 It is good for us to be here in this Brotherhood. It is good to discover that our Unitarian faith, whether in Boston, in London, or in Buda-Pesth, is not a local, not a provincial religion, but broadly human, able to speak in divers tongues, and to meet the most varied Conditions of humanity in different lands. Let us rejoice in this fellowship, and let us returning to our homes, remember how beautiful a heritage is ours. L»ines suggested by the Serviee at the International Unitarian Conference at Buda-Pest on Sunday September 6. 1896. From differing lands we gather here To voice our Father’s love and praise, To feel His Spirit still more near, Our hearts in thankfulness to raise. In varying speech we worship now, Yet to each other we are bound; From heart to heart love’s currents flow Which make us feel this holy ground. Father! be with us as we meet, Touch Thou our hearts with sacred fire, And as we one another greet To holier thoughts may we aspire. Our Fathers Thou hast safely brought Through many a trying, fiery scene, Still by their children be Thou sought, To Thee through life securely lean. Now as our spirits soar above May we, oh God! in Thee be one, One in the fellowship of love, One in the following of Thy son. Frank Taylor. 8*
