FRATERNITY Page 19 The next meeting is scheduled for May 27, 1995. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M. Klara Barabas, Secretary BRANCH 67 - SHARON, PA The meeting was opened by Branch President William Szuch at 7:00 P.M. The prayer was offered by John Palisin, Vice President. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted by the members present. The Secretary-Treasurer’s report was read and accepted. A total of $100 was donated to the Bethlen Home Bazaar. Other donations by members of the branch included memorial gifts to the Student Aid Fund of the HRFA and the Bethlen Home. All gifts were acknowledged. Respects were paid to deceased members with a moment of silence. Members suffering from illness were visited by or received cards and phone calls from the Secretary. The Secretary volunteers her time and services to local fund raising drives, i.e. Heart and Cancer Funds. Officers elected for 1995 are: William Szuch, President; John Palisin, Vice President; Helen Szuch, Secretary-T reasurer. The next meeting is scheduled for May 1, 1995 at the home of the Branch Manager. After the meeting was adjourned, the Secretary served refreshments and a social hour was enjoyed by all. Torok, President; Gale King, Vice President; Daniel Bartha, Treasurer; Albert St. Miklosy, Secretary. Albert St. Miklosy, Director and Branch Manager BRANCH 126 - DAISYTOWN, PA Alexander C. Jalso and Roxanne Renee Richards were joined in marriage on July 16, 1994 at the Calvin United Presbyterian Church, Brownsville, Pa. Alex is the son of Director Rev. Alexander Jalso and his wife Iren. Alex, Jr. earned his B.S. degree in computer science and his master’s degree in business administration from California University of Penna., California, PA. Roxanne also received her B.S. degree in secondary French education from California University of Penna., California, PA and her master’s degree from West Virginia University, Morgantown, W.VA. The couple is residing in Morgantown, W.VA, where Alex is working for West Virginia University, and Roxanne hopes to continue her studies for her doctorate degree (Ed.D.) in curriculum and instruction.
