FRATERNITY Page 26 STEVEN KISS 1903-1994 M r. Steven Kiss passed away on January 19, 1994. Mr. Kiss was born in Budapest, Hungary, September 22, 1903, the son of Joseph and Mary Kiss. He was a member of the Hungarian Evangelical & Reformed Church, was Manager of Branch 200 of the HRFA for 41 years and had been employed by Allen Electric Company, retiring in 1968. He was President of the UAW Local for 11 years and was an avid fisherman. On December 27, 1923, he married Helen Pinter, who survives. Also surviving are two children and their spouses, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; his sister and four nieces. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sophia Kiss. Rt. Rev. Zoltán Sziics, former Bishop of the Calvin Synod, officiated at the funeral services. Kiss Bácsi will be remembered as one of the most loyal workers of the Federation. May his dedication to our society serve as an example and inspiration to us all.
