Thank you, Branch Managers, for your assistance in helping these young people become aware of this benefit. ROSALIE MARIE and JAMES STEPHEN BUJTOR are members of Branch 176, recommended by Branch Manager Julius Simon. We quote Rosalie's letter: "I am the granddaughter of István and Elizabeth Bujtor, who are 33-year members of the HRFA. I had the privilege of visiting Hungary for nine weeks. I learned quite a bit about the culture and would love to return and see all my cousins and friends. Presently, I am a senior at Indiana University. I'm majoring in Business Administration with a Marketing minor. My favorite activities include: tennis, designing photo album covers, writing, and modeling. In addition to working 30 hours a week, I am an active member of the Marketing Club and Student Guide Services." James's letter: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your generous scholarship. It is very much needed and appreciated. In addition, I would like to congratulate you for your interest and willingness to promote the betterment of society at the educational level and encourage you to continue to contribute to this just cause. I am 23 years old and am a junior at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA. I am an engineering major and a member of the Union of Student Engineers. Among my hobbies are: surfing, coin-collecting and knife-collecting. My father, Stephen Bujtor, was born in Hungary and came to America during the 1956 Revolution. I am proud to be a member of the Eszterlánc (a San Francisco based Hungarian folkdance group). When Rosalie Bujtor, Member of Branch 176 I am not working or studying, I enjoy learning and performing the traditional and modern Hungarian dance routines." GWEN A.
