Branch News: — CONGRATULATIONS ­IMRE M. VITÉZ is the valedictorian of the 1981 Graduating Class of Perth Amboy High School. He is the son of the Rev. Dr. and Mrs. Francis Vitéz. Imre has been on the school honor roll through­out his four years in High School and was elected to the National Honor Soc­iety in his junior year. He is editor-in-chief of the Perth Amboy High School newspaper Paw Prints, an active member of the Student Council, Homeroom Representative, Yearbook Staff, Biology Club, French Club, intramural Hockey Team, and was selected to represent the school at the New Jersey Science Car­avan at Rutgers University. Imre has been accepted by Carnegie Mellon Uni­versity, Pittsburgh, Pennnsylvania where he plans to major in the sciences. As a member of the John Calvin Magyar Re­formed Church, Imre is a Sunday School Teacher and has been active in the Choir and Youth Fellowship. LISA MARIE KISH, member of Branch 31, Lorain, Ohio, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Alexander L. Kish graduated from Ad­miral King High School in June. She graduated in the upper fourth of her Class and belonged to many school activities in­cluding the Senior com­mittee, yearbook staff, aid for her counselor, member in Booster Club, operetta, usherette, Career Education and teacher on Senior Distinction Day. She is a member of the Hungarian Reformed Church of Lorain, she was Vice President of her con­firmation Class, member of Youth Fellowship and the Youth Choir. Cheerleader for KOINONIA bas­ketball team and aid for Sunday school and Vacation Bible School. Lisa will be attending Lorain County Commu­nity College in September where she will be studying in the field of medicine. KIMBERLY KAY TKACZ grandaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Modory, was selected to the Leird Mea­dows Chapter of National Junior Honor Society. Kim resides with her mother and brother in San Anto­nio, Texas, but is a mem­ber of Branch 17 in South Bend, Indiana. Kim attended Sul Ross Junior High School and this is the highest honor a student at Ross can achieve. Kim, in addition to ful­filling qualifications for acceptence in the National Junior Honor Society, also received Merit Awards proving outstanding work in many claisses and kept up work on her activities for Talented and Gifted Instructional Program for students. In the fall Kim will be attending Oliver Wendell Holmes High School. JOHN STEPHEN NAGY, a member of our fraternity since he was a baby, re­ceived the “Ad Altar Dei” Boy Scout award from Bi­shop Rev. Gilbert Sheldon' at St. John’s Cathedral, in Cleveland, OH on April 26, 1981. John is a member of Troop Number 342, and is very active in Scout­ing. His mother, Mrs. Irene Nagy was at one time the president of Branch 165, Akron, Ohio and his fa­ther, Emil Nagy was the controller. The entire Nagy family are good members. Congratulations John from the entire HRFA family. We are proud of you! —Anna R. Sala VICTORIA BANKÓ grad- uated from Yale Univ­ersity on Sunday, May 24, 1981. She received a Bach­elor of Arts Degree in En­gineering and Applied Science. Her intenton is to continue her studies. She is the daughter of Mrs. Ida Bankó who is the Branch Manlager of Branch 302 in New Brunswick, New Jersey. 16
