FRATERNITY 27 he tendered their resignations to the Convention and asked for the usual release from their responsibilities. The Convention voted thanks to Aladar A. Fiok, Counselor-at-Law, for his fine and faithful work, and also to the members of the Supreme Council, and unanimously granted them their release. 84. The President briefly reports on the directives of our By-Laws concerning the elections and asks Alexander Daroczy, Vice President, to present the nominations and applications for the Central Offices. Alexander Daroczy, Vice President, reported that: For the office of President: Dr. Francis Újlaki and George E. Kerekes Borshy were recommended. For the office of Secretary the following applied: George E. Kerekes Borshy, Secretary; Joseph Kecskemethy, Superintendent; Charles Papp, Vice President, and László Eszenyi from the Central Office. For the office of Treasurer: Emery Király, Treasurer, and Charles Papp, Vice President. For the office of Auditor: Edmund Vasvary, Auditor; Charles Papp, Vice President; Dr. Gabriel Ujfalussy and László Eszenyi from the Central Office. Alexander Daroczy, Vice President, reported that the Supreme Council qualified the above named nominees in the order of the list submitted. Charles Papp, Vice President, reported that he is withdrawing his application for the offices of Treasurer and Auditor. Laszo Eszenyi withdrew his application for the office of Secretary. The Convention acknowledged the applications and accepted the qualification of the applicants for the said offices. 85. Alexander Daroczy, Vice President, reports furthermore that for the sake of filling the offices of the two Vice Presidents and eight Supreme Council members a Nominating Committee was appointed by the Supreme Council. The membership of this Committee, after additions from the floor, was finally fixed as follows: New York District: Andrew Kurimai, Emery Kovács. New Jersey District: Dr. Andrew Kosa, Joseph Molnár (Br. 13), Joseph Molnár (Br. 20), Bertalan Szathmary, Dr. Tibor Csikesz, Stephen Varga. Pennsylvania District: Michael Rezes, Louis Nagy, Valentine Szuch, Francis Jantek. Ohio District: Mrs. Joseph Dula, Matthias Daroczy, Mrs. Stephen Molnár, Sigmund Palagyi, Michael Toth, John Koran. Illinois, Etc. District: Árpád György, Charles Modory, Zoltán Vajda.
