Az irodalomban eddig ismertetett ritka intra- és poszt­operatív szövődmények, valamint az élettani csarnokvíz­­elfolyás helyreállítása a fenti eljárások egyre szélesebb körű alkalmazását indokolja. Ugyanakkor, ha valamilyen műtéttechnikai komplikáció bekövetkezik, a műtét bár­mely szakaszában áttérhetünk penetráló eljárásra, pél­dául trabeculectomiára. Irodalom 1.
