139. évfolyam (2002) Supplementum II. 55 Módszer: A klinikai adatok, családfakutatás, funkcionális vizsgálatok, funduskép összevetésével végzett elemzés. Eredmény: A hazánkban tudomásunk szerint még nem publikált kórforma az apát, a két leányt és a fiűt érinti. A syndroma valamennyi jellegzetes eleme, különböző súlyossággal, megjelenik az érintettekben. Következtetés: A betegség jellemzőinek ismeretében az elszigetelten jelentkező esetek is pontosan diagnosztizálhatok. A felismerés mind differenciáldiagnosztikai szempontból (glaucoma simplex), mind a korrekt betegtájékoztatás oldaláról nézve is fontos. Cases of dominant hereditary optic atrophy (Kjer-type) Cseke, István, Dura, Eszter Dept, of Ophthalmology, Hospital of Sopron Aim: To present an optic nerve atrophy manifesting in four members of a family with three children. Method: Analysis of the clinical data, the family pedigree of the individuals, and of the functional and morphological results. Results: To the best of our knowledge, as far as published data is concerned this condition has not been found in the Central-European population before. The father, the two daughters and the son were all affected, and presented the typical characteristics of the syndrome. Conclusion: Awareness of the disease makes it possible to diagnose the condition even in isolated cases. The recognition has significance both because of the potential differential diagnostic importance (glaucoma), and because of the ability to give the patient correct information. A Szemészeti Osztályunkon 1999-2001 között gyermekeknél előforduló szemészeti sérülések Kavalecz Fatime, Hován Márta „Jósa András” Megyei Kórház, Nyíregyháza Az ügyeleti időben keletkező szemészeti sérülések elsődleges ellátása osztályunkon történik. A sérültek egy része gyermek, őket is fogadjuk sürgősséggel. Az 1999-2001 közötti, gyermekekben történt szemészeti sérülések adatait dolgoztuk fel különböző szempontok szerint. Figyelembe vettük a sérülés fajtáját, súlyosságát, a gyermek nemét, életkorát, lakóhelyét. Előadásunkban a statisztikai eredményeket közöljük. Ophthalmic injuries in children treated in the ophthalmic department of the Jósa András Hospital between 1999 and 2001 Kavalecz, Fatime, Hován, Márta Dept, of Ophthalmology, „Jósa András” County Hospital, Nyíregyháza We have analysed data concerning ophthalmic injuries in children treated in our department between 1999-2001 from a number of different aspects.
