Ф. Лейстер: Нерегулярное наполнение флуоресцеином хориокапилляров в зависимости от возраста

У 19 здоровых лиц разного возраста авторы выполнили флуоресцеиновую фундусную ангиографию и офтальмодинамометрцю. Установили, что, при нормальном внутриглазном давлении и значении О DM, существует отрицательная корреляция между нерегулярным флуоресцеиновым заполнением хориокапилляров и возрастом исследуемого лица (г = —0,75; р<0,05). Основываясь на результатах своих исследований, обращают внимание на то, что нерегулярное заполнение хориокапилляров флуоресцеином у лиц молодого возраста можно считать нормальным явлением, тогда как в более пожилом возрасте то же самое явление указывает на пониженное внутриглазное давление.

Leister F.: Irregular fluorescein filling up of the choriocapillary systhem in relation with age

In 19 normal persons of different age fluorescein angiography and ophthalmodynamometry (ODM) were performed. It could be established that in cases of normal intraocular pressure and ODM values a negative correlation could be found between the irregular filling up of the choriocapillary systhem and the age of the examined person (r= -0.75, p <0.05).

According to the results the irregular filling up of the choriocapillary systhem is normal in young persons, while in older age the alteration may refer to the decreased blood pressure in the short ciliary arteries and/or an increased intraocular eye pressure.

F. Leiszter: Irreguläre Fluoreszein- Füllung der Choriokapillaren in der Funktion des Lebensalters

Bei 19 gesunden Personen mit unterschiedlichem Lebensalter wurden Fluoreszein- Fundusangiographie und Ophthalmodynamometrie durchgeführt. Es wurde festgestellt, daß nebst normalem Augendruck und ODM-Werten zwischen der irregulären Fluoreszein-Füllung der Choriokapillaren und dem Lebensalter der untersuchten Person eine negative Korrelation besteht (r = —0,75, p<0,05).

Aufgrund der Ergebnisse wird darauf hingewiesen, daß bei jungen Personen die irreguläre Fluoreszein-Füllung der Choriokapillaren als eine normale Erscheinung zu betrachten ist, während dasselbe in höherem Alter auf den niedrigeren Blutdruck der kurzen Ziliararterien und/oder auf den Anstieg des Augendrucks hinweisen kann.
