M . В e г .: Применение Хеалона при дакриоцисториностомии

Автор сообщает о воможности нового использования Хеалона, обладающего кровоостанавливающим и пространство-стабилизирующим эффектом, при дакриоцисториностомии. Постоперативное его применение сопровождается многими преимуществами: возможность наступления кровотечения уменьшается до минимального без применения давящей повязки, или кровоостанавливающих материалов, помещенных в искусственно образованной полости. Благодаря свойству хорошо сохранять форму, становится ненужным применение других пространство-сохраняющих методов. Прилипая к раневой поверхности, Хеалон уменьшает раннюю, быструю склонность к рубцеванию и образованию спащений, благодаря же временной задержке слезоотока он устраняет возможность инфицирования из конъюнктивального мешка.

V é g h M .: The application of Healon in dacryocystorhinostomia

A new application field of Healon which has a haemorhage controlling and space stabilizing action is reported. The postoperative use has many advantages: a possibility of an occurence of bleeding may be decreased to minimal without any pressure bandage or any bleeding controlling material left behind in the arteficial cavity. Since it has an adequate space stabilizing property other materials with the same characteristics are superfluous. By sticking on the wound surfaces the early and rapid cicatrization and adhesion can be diminished, and by the provisional hindrance of the tear out-flow the possibility of infection from the conjunctival sac may be avoided.

M. V é g h: Über den Einsatz von Healon bei Dakryozytorhinostomie

Berichtet wird über eine neue Anwendungsmöglichkeit des über hämostatische und raumstabilisierende Wirkung verfügenden Präparats Healon bei Dakryozystorhinostomie. Seine postoperative Anwendung bietet zahlreiche Vorteile: Die Möglichkeit des Auftritts einer Blutung kann auch ohne einen Kompressionsverband oder der Belassung hämostatischer Substanzen in der künstlich ausgebildeten Höhle auf das Minimale herabgesetzt werden. Wegen der guten Formhaltung des Präparats erübrigt sich die Anwendung anderer raumstabilisierenden Methoden. Dadurch, daß sich Healon den Wundflächen anhaftet, setzt es die Narbenbildungs- und Verwachsungsneigung herab und verhindert durch provisorische Verhinderung des Tränenflusses die Infektionsmöglicihkeiten aus dem Konjunktivalsack.
