B. Sármány, J., M a o h a y, T.: Narcosis during crypexy in premature infant

The course of narcosis is reported which was performed during cryopexy of 21 lowweight premature infants. After premedication of atropin Ardua-Ketamin narcosis was used, the breathing of the patients was secured with naso-tracheal intubation and PEET inhalation. This type of narcosis was applied with success in the group of patients with low-weight, in the majority of cases, with narrowed pulmonary functions. Attention is called on the importance of the collaboration of the ophthalmologist with the neonatological specialists.

J. Sár m á n y und T. Machay: Narkose der Kryopexie von Frühgeborenen

Berichtet wird über den Verlauf der bei 21 Frühgeborenen anläßlich der Kryopexie durchgeführten Narkose. Nach Atropin-Vorbehandlung wurde Ardua-Ketamin- Narkose angewendet und die Atmung der Patienten mit nosotrachealer Intubation und PEEP-Beatmung gesichert. Diese Form der Narkose hat sich bei den mit niedrigem Mindestgewicht auf die Welt gekommenen, meistens auch an eingeengter Lungenfunktion leidenden Frühgeborenen gut bewährt. Bei diesem Operationstyp ist die Zusammenarbeit von Ophthalmologen und Neonatologen von ausschalggebender Bedeutung.
