Авторы определяли содержание иммуноглобулинов в нормальных слезах, пользуясь методом кинетической нефелометрии. Значения концентрации IgG и IgA соответствовали известным из литературы, содержание же IgM оказалось выше.

The immunoglobulin content of normal tear was determined by kinetic nephelometric method. The IgG and IgA concentration was found in accordance to literary data, however, the IgM value higher.

Im Laufe der Bestimmung des Immunglobulingehalts der Normalträne mittels kinetischer Nephelometrie ergab sich, daß die IgG- und IgA-Konzentration mit den in der Literatur angegebenen Daten übereinstimmen, während sich die IgM-Werte höher gestalten.
