Eredményeik szerint a frakció foszfolipoidjainak több mint 70%-át a szfingomielin alkotja. A foszfolipoidok összetétele alapján valószínűsíthető, hogy az aggregátumok lipidtartalma a lencserostok plazmamembránjából származik.

Авторы изолировали из хрусталиков с старческой катарактой фракцию, содержащую высокомолекулярные агрегаты, и определили состав в ней фосфолипидов.

Анализ показал, что более 70 % фосфолипоидов этой фракции составляет сфингомиелин. На основании состава фосфолипоидов кажется вероятным, что липиды агрегатов происходят из плазменных мембран волокон хрусталика.

High molecule weight proteins of human cataractous lenses were isolated and examined for the phospholipoid composition.

According to the results 70% of the phospholipoids of this fraction are represented by sphyngomyeline. It is suggested on the basis of the composition of phospholipoids that the lipid content of the protein fraction is originating in the plasmamembrane of the zonules.

Die in den humanen Kataraktlinsen auffindbare, Aggregate von hohem Molekulargewicht enthaltende Fraktion wurde isoliert und ihre Phospholipidzusammensetzung wurde geprüft.

Laut der Ergebnisse bildet das Sphingomyelin mehr als 70% der Phospholipide der Fraktion. Auf grund der Zusammensetzung der Phospholipide scheint es wahrscheinlich, dass der Lipidgehalt der Aggregate aus der Plasmamembran der Linsenfasern stammt.
