összefoglalás A szerzők intravénás narcosisban (Intranarcon,Epontol,Epontol—Viadril-G) végeztek szemészeti műtéteket. Az Epontol, valamint az Epontol—Viadril-G combinatiót — tekintette] a jó általános anaesthesiára és az eljárás egyszerűségére — szemészeti műtétek esetében is ideálisnak tartják és bevezetését ajánlják. Глазные операции были проведены авторами под вынутривенным наркозом (Интранаркон, Эпонтол, Эпонтол+ Виадрил-Г). Эпонтолевый наркоз и комбинация Эпонтола с Виадрилом-Г для наркоза приводят к хорошей общей анестезии, поэтому авторы считают идеальным видом наркоза при глазных операциях. Е. Balthazár, К. The authors carried out eye-operations in intravenous narcosis (Intranarcon, Epontol, Epontol-Viadril-G). Taking into consideration the good general anaesthesia, as well as the simplicity of the anaesthetic procedure, the authors think the Epontol, and the Epontol-Viadril-G combination ideal also in the case of eye-operations and recommend their introduction. The number of their cases is as yet limited, but the procedure is applied with high security in other surgical branches. E. Balthazár, К. Korecz und P. Sarlós: Narkose mit Intranarcon, Viadril-G und Epontol in Augenoperationen. Augenoperationen wurden in intravenöser Narkose mit Intranarcon, Epontol, Epontol — Viadril-G unternommen. Das Epontol sowie die Kombination Epontol — Viadril-G wird wegen der guten allgemeinen Anästhesie und der Einfachheit des Verfahrens auch im Falle opthalmologischer Operationen als ideal betrachtet, und ihre Einführung wird empfohlen. Die Zahl der eigenen Fälle ist zwar gering, aber dieses Verfahren wird in anderen chirurgischen Operationen mit grosser Sicherheit verwendet. 117
