Összefoglalás Az ultrahang-diagnosztika regisztrálási módjainak és lehetőségeinek rövid ismertetése után a szerző 6 év vizsgálati anyagából (312 eset) azokat a tapasztalatait írja le, amelyeket 119 intraoculáris tumorgyanú miatt végzett ultrahang-diagnosztikai vizsgálat során szerzett. A szövettani vizsgálat, vagy a klinikai lefolyás 89,6%-ban igazolta az ultrahang-vizsgálatok helyességét. — Az ultrahang-diagnosztikai vizsgálatnak borús törőközegek esetén fokozott jelentősége van. После краткого обзора методов и возможностей ультразвуковой диагностики автором описывается собственный опыт, приобретенный за 6 лет при обследовании 119 больных с подозрением внутриглазной опухоли методом ультразвуковой эхографии. Правильность ультразвуковой диагностики в 89,6%-ах была подтверждена результатом гистологического исследования или клиническим течением процесса. Повышенное значение имеет ультразвуковая диагностика при мутных переломляющих средах. A. Bertényi: Ultrasonic examinations of the intra-ocular tumours. After the short discussion of the possibilities and the registration methods of the ultrasound diagnosis, out of 312 cases observed during 6 years the experiences are reported, which the authors has made with ultrasound diagnostic examination performed in 119 cases because of suspicion of intra-ocular tumour. The results of the ultrasonic examinations have been verified by the histological examination, or the clinical course in 89,6% of the cases. The ultrasound diagnostic examination has increased importance in the case of dim (clouded) refractive medium. A. Bertényi: Ultraschall-Untersuchung intraokularer Geschwülste. Nach einer kurzen Beschreibung der Methoden und Möglichkeiten der Registrierung der Ultraschalldiagnostik beschreibt Verfasserin aus dem Untersuchungsgut von 6 Jahren (312 Fällen) ihre Erfahrungen, die sie im Laufe der 119, wegen dem Verdacht eines intraokularen Tumors ausgeführten ultraschalldiagnostischen Untersuchung gewonnen, hat. Die histologische Untersuchung oder der klinische Verlauf haben in 89,6% die Richtigkeit der Ultraschallüntersuchungen bewiesen. Die ultraschalldiagnostische Uiitersuchung besitzt bei trüben Brechungsmedien erhöhte Bedeutung. 215
