Прямые мышцы и Теноновую капсулю прошивает кэт-гутом 15—20 см длины но завязывает только после удаления глаза и наполнения его места с фибриновой губкой. После закрытия Теноновой капсули коньюнктиву закрывает биошвом. Так отпадает нужда снятия швов и после операции не возникают осложнения, связанные с применением чужеродного вещества. J. Ráez : Einfache Stumpfbildung mit Fibrinschwamm. Ein einfaches stumpf bildendes Verfahren wird beschrieben. Die geraden Augenmuskeln und die Tenonsche Kapsel werden auf eine 15 bis 20 cm lange Katgutnaht aufgenommen, die nach dem Entfernen des Auges und nach dem Ausfüllen der Höhle mit Fibrinschwamm geknüpft wird. Nach dem Verschliessen der Tenonschen Kapsel wird die Konjunktive mit Biosutur genäht, somit ist keine Nahtentfernung notwendig, und da keine fremde Substanz verwendet wird, ist mit keiner postoperativen Komplikation zu rechnen. R á c z, J.: A simple method of the formation of stump, with fibrin foam. A simple method of the formation of stump, using fibrin foam—a spongy material made from human fibrin—is described. The rectus muscles of the eye and the Tenon’s capsule are put on a 15—20 cm long catgut suture and after the excision of the eye and the filling of the cavity with fibrin foam knot suture is performed. After the closure of Tenon’s capsule biosuture is applied on the conjunctiva; thus, in absence of foreign substances the method does not require removal of the sutures. No post-operative complications are to be feared. 130
