L . Galli und К. Wiesner: Implantation einer Linsenprothese nach Operation der Katarakta traumatischen Ursprungs. Das Problem der monokularen Aphakie ist mit der Kontaktlinse nicht auf befriedigende Weise gelöst. Die Fragen der Linsenprothesenimplantation mit unterschiedlichen Linsenprothesentypen, die Vorteile der Dannheimschen Linsenprothese werden erörtert sowie die gegenüber den Kunststoffen dieser Linse vorgebrachten Vorwände, die in der Praxis bislang widerlegt wurden. Als gegenwärtiges Ziel der Linsenprothesenimplantation wird von den Verfassern nur die Lösung der monokularen Aphakie anerkannt. Die Gegenindikationen werden der Reihe nach behandelt, darauffolgend wird die Beschreibung der eigenen 33 Fälle traumatischer Katarakta gegeben : Vorbereitung, Ausführung und Ergebnisse der Implantationen, die im Laufe von 6 Jahren mit Implantation der Dannheim-Liebschen Linsenprothese erzielt wurden. Mit cylindrischer Korrektion des Visus wird im allgemeinen der aphakische Korrektionsvisus vor der Implantation erreicht. Das binokuläre Sehvermögen wird hergestellt, wenn die Implantation binnen 2 bis 3 Jahren nach der Verletzung stattfindet. Im Falle eines entwickelten Strabismus ist in der Regel eine Operation gegen den Strabismus und auch Prismenkorrektion notwendig. L. Galli, К. Wiesner: Implantation oj artificial lens after operation of traumatic cataract. The problem of monocular aphakia is not solved sufficiently by the contact-lens. The authors give an account of the problems of implantation presented by several types of artificial lenses, they report on the advantages of Dannheim’s artificial lens and discuss the objections raised against the plastics of this lens, which objections have been so far proved wrong by practice. The authors recognise the actual point of the implantation of artificial lens solely in the solution of monocular aphakia. They discuss the contraindications in turn anti go on to report on their thirty-five cases of traumatic cataract, on the preparations for implantation, its accomplishment, and the results obtained by the implantation of the Dannheim-Lieb artificial lens during a six years’ period. With cylindrical correction, vision will become in general as the aphakia vision with correction has been prior to the operation. Binocular vision is restored if implantation takes place within two or three years of the injury. In case of developed strabism squint operation and prismatic correction are generally also necessary. The complications and the solutions thereto are treated in another work. ACIGOXIN injekció és tabletta összetétel: 1 amp. (2 ml) 0,2 mg acetyldigitoxin-ot, 1 tabletta 0,2 mg acetyldigitoxin.-ot tartalmaz. Javallatok: A keringési elégtelenség (cardialis decompensatio) helyreállítása és a compensatio fenntartása. Adagolás: A compensatio helyreállítására az első (esetleg második) napon nagyobb adag — 2—3 ampulla i. ven., illetve 3—5 tabletta — alkalmazható, amit a következő napokban akkor is helyes csökkenteni, ha toxikus jelenség egyáltalán nem mutatkozik. A helyreállított compensatio fenntartására általában napi l/2—2 tabletta szükséges. Mellékhatás: Az Acigoxin mellékhatásai megegyeznek más digitális-készítmények mellékhatásaival. Megjegyzés: Társadalombiztosítás terhére szabadon rendelhető.
