Лугоши Д.: Действие квимотразе на ткани глаза после операции катаракты.

Женщина 72 года и мужчина 78 лет умерли после операции по поводу катаракты от легочной эмболии. Левый глаз женщины за 2 дня, правый глаз за 7 суток и правый глаз мужчины тоже за 7 суток после энзиматического зонулолиза были энуклеированы. Стало возможным провести гистологический анализ в разных фазах лечения раны, а также сравнение с течением раневого процесса у больной, умершей после операции катаракты без зонулолиза от острой сердечной недостаточности. На основе исследований можно делать выводы :

1. Наиболее бросается в глаза отсутствие клеточной реакции, которое является следствием старческого возраста.

2. Также зависит от возраста разная степень регенерации краев раны.

3. Гиперемия, отек и инфильтрация радужки, тканей угла передней камеры являются отчасти следствием операционной травмы и с другой стороны следствием поздней реакции на действие фермента.

Gy. L u g о s s у : The tissular effect of quimotrase on the eye after catract operation.

A female aged 72 years and a male aged 78 years died after cataract operation in pulmonary embolism. The left eye of the woman was subjected to enucleation two days after enzymatic zonulolysis, her right eye one week and the right eye of the man also one week after the operation were removed. This gave the possiblity to a histological analysis of different phases of wound healing, comparing the same process with the right eye of a female aged 87 years, who died in heart failure after cataract operation without enzyme. The studies indicate that :

1. Most striking phenomenon : the scanty tissular reaction should be rather more attributed to old age, than to enzymatic effect.

2. The different degree of the regeneration process of the wound margins is dependent without doubt on the age.

3. Hyperemia, edema and infiltration of the iris and chamber angle is partly due to the surgical intervention and partly to a late reaction of the enzymatic effect.

Eine 72jährige Patientin und ein 78jähriger Patient starben nach Staroperation infolge Lugenembolie. Das lingke Auge der Patientin wurde 2 Tage nach der enzymatischen Zonulolyse enukleiert, ihr rechtes Auge nach einer Woche, das rechte Auge des Patienten ebenfalls nach einer Woche. In dieser Weise war die histologische Analyse in verschiedenen Phasen der Wundheilung möglich, im Vergleich mit der Wundheilung des rechten Auges einer 87jährigen Patientin, die nach ohne Enzym durchgeführter Staroperation wegen Herzinsuffizienz ebenfalls starb. Auf Grund der Untersuchungen waren folgende Feststellungen zu ziehen :

1. Am meisten auffallend war, dass die spärliche Zellreaktion der Gewebe weniger eine Folge der Enzymwirkung ist, eher die Folge des hohen Alters.

2. Der in verschiedenem Masse stattfindende Regenerations Vorgang der Wundränder kann ohne Zweifel als Funktion des Alters betrachtet werden.

3. Hyperämie, Odem und Infiltration der Iris und der Gewebeteile des Kammerwinkels sind zum Teil Folge des Operationseingriffes, zum Teil der späten Reaktion der Fermentwirkung.
