INNOVATIV EMBERI ERŐFORRÁS INNOVATIVE HUMAN RESOURCES A magyar édesipar egy évszázados történetében nem jegyeztek be nagy horderejű találmányokat. Az ágazatot nem a szabadalmak vitték sikerre, sokkal inkább a szakemberek leleményességének, a piachoz és a körülményekhez való alkalmazkodásának köszönhető a fejlődés. A Győri Keksz Kft. az egyik legrégibb hazai édesipari gyárunk. A millennium utáni évek gazdasági fénykorában, 1900-ban költöztette üzemét a városba Koestlin Lajos Bregenzből. Az ipartelepítést az akkori polgármester jelentős kedvezményekkel ösztönözte, Koestlin Lajos nemcsak a gépeket hozta Győrbe, hanem ide költöztette a szakembereket is. Rövid idő alatt komoly üzleti sikereket ért el, több száz embert foglakoztatott. Az ipar meghonosítását, a fejlesztést az Országos Iparegyesület egy 72 gr-os gyönyörű aranyéremmel ismerte el, a díj jelenleg a jogutód cég birtokában van. The relocation was highly supported and encouraged by the mayor of that time by granting Mr. Koestlin material advantages. In addition to bringing all the machinery to Győr, Mr. Koestlin brought even specialists with him. In a very short time, he could achieve remarkable business results: he employed several hundreds of people. The industrialisation, the development activity he performed was honoured by the National Union of Industry by awarding him a beautiful 72 g gold medal that is now in the possession of the legal successor.
