Planning architect: László Ágostházi, roads: István Lombár, green spaces: István Morvay, water and sewage: Frigyes Dorn, electrical facilities: Dr Jánosné Unk. Most of the restoration plans for the buildings were also made by VÁTI; the restoration plans of the granary, of the „footed" barn and of one labourers' house were made by SOMOGYTERV, with planning architect Tünde L. Szabó in charge; the restoration of two buildings was planned by the Pécs AGROBER office, with István Újvári in charge.
