4. ) The starting property of the Foundation is 1 million Forint of fixed deposit capital. The sum of the starting property, and furthermore 7 million Forint from the 27 million Forint operational expenses for 1990 should be made available by the Founders within 15 days following the approval of the Foundation, the remaining part should be made available proportionally by the end of the first month of every quarter year for the disposal of the Foundation. The Advisory Board of the Foundation shall make proposal for the prevailing yearly expenses of work. 5. ) The Founders shall assure the basic capital and the operational expenses discussed previously in the following ratio: Hungarian Post Company: 30 % Hungarian Telecommunication Company: 50 % Hungarian Broadcasting Company: 20 % 6. ) The Founders give the Post Museum and the Stamp Museum into the property of the Foundation with the means, equipment and accessories in use following the finishing of the handing over - taking over procedure. The inventory list is attached to the Foundation Document. 7. ) The Founders undertake to hand over the real assets; premises for the Foundation that are managed by them, used by the museums and are listed in the attachement of the Foundation Document, and furthermore they shall assure the rental rights of the offices at the address of Budapest, VI. Népköztársaság útja 3. The Foundation is entitled to hand over the utilization rights of the real assets only if the Founders unanimously approve it. The Founders assure - in the ratio determined under point No 5 - the necessary financial means:- for finishing the investments and renewals in progress up to a sum involved in the investment documents,- for the future investments, equipment procurements, and the avtivities of re newals and maintenance proposed and approved by the Advisory Board of the Foundation. 8. ) The Founders shall provide the currency necessary for fulfilling the international obligations of the museums operated by the Foundations (IATM-PTT membership dues, international conferencics, exhibitons) according to the proposal of the Advisory Board of the Foundation yearly and individually. 9. ) The Foundation may convert the property of the Foundation - except the basic capital - for such undertaking activities which do not endanger the realization of the purposes of the Foundation. The net profit, originating from these undertakings, shall increase the property of the Foundation. 10. ) The Foundation is open. Any Hungarian, foreigner, private and legal entities may join to the Fondundation With any offerings accomplished in Hungarian or foreigner financial means or in kind (inheritance, legacy, etc.). The Advisory Board of the Foundation is entitled to accept the joining to the Foundation. 12
