The foreign currency payments, increasing the property of the Foundation, are to be kept on foreing currency account, and are to be utilized as foreign currency.

11. ) The Advisory Board of the Foundation decides on the utilization of the property

of the Foundation - according to the directions of the Foundation Document, and futhermore according to the conditions set by the endowers and approved by the Advisory Board of the Foundation.

12. ) The Founders undertake, with responsibility, for the work of the protection of

the objects of post -, telecommunication -, and stamp history, they report and hand over them to the museums, for the implementation of the interest of the Foundation.

13. ) The main decision making and representative organ of the Foundation is the Advisory Board of the Foundation having 5 members, headed by István KURUCZ, President, authorized for a non-definite period of time by the General Manager of the Hungarian Telecommunication Company.

4. ) The Manager of the POST MUSEUM:

5. ) The Manager of the STAMP MUSEUM:

Mrs. Tamás CSEGEZI

The General Manager of the Foundation is Mrs. Gergely KOVÁCS

The Rules of Association shall stipulate on the operation, the office holders and the

exercise of the employer’s rights approved jointly by the Founders.

14. ) The Founders shall bring into existence an Economy Group for hadling

the Foundation.
