248 RECENSIONS Hren, Mauricio Landra, Maria J. Roca, Rafael Rodriguez-Ocana, Tornász Rozkrut, Carlos Salinas Araneda, Davide Salvatori, Andrea Stabellini, Szuromi Szabolcs Anzelm, Rik Torfs). Here we must refer in this context to Francesco Falchi’s explanation (II vescovo emerito: Formazione ed evoluzione della normatíva de Paolo VI a Francesco)-, Mauricio Landra’ problem statement (El obispo auxiliar con facultades especiales y su ministerio en la diócesis); and Rafael Rodriguez-Ocana’s detailed analysis (Retos que presenta la conversion de la justicia en la Iglesa a la luz del M.P. Mitis iudex Dominus Iesus). The focus of Chapter Five covers seven studies (by Javier Canosa, Giuseppe Comotti, Miguel Delgado Galindo, Juan González Ayesta, Varghese Koluthara, Andreas Kowatsch, and Ilaria Zuanazzi), each of them sheds light on major emphases within the functioning field of ecclesiastical administrative law. Important to mention here the writing of Javier Canosa (La rilevanza della prove per l ’emanazione del decreto amministrativo giusto e opportuno)-, and Giuseppe Comotti (Uffici vicar i diocesani e deconcentrazione organica nell’esercizio della funzione amministrativo). Chapter Six is dedicated to one of the most current ecclesiological - ecclesiastical disciplinary issues by focusing on the correct understanding of synodality and collegiality. Five influential authors provide here guidance from different perspectives (Nicolás Alvarez de las Asturias, Jósé Femández San Román, Wojcich Góraski, Ignacio Granado Hijelmo, Markus Graulich). Observations of Nicolás Álvarez de las Asturias (Una forma esprcífica de sinodalidad y su concreción canónica: La cooperación de los presbíteros en el gobierno de la diócesis)-, Wojcich Góraski (Struttura collegiati nella Chiesd)-, and Markus Graulich (II sinodo dei vescovi dopo la riforme di Papa Francesco) are certainly noteworthy among them. The three authors of Chapter Seven (Natale Loda, Lorenzo Lorusso, Luigi Sabbarase) provide a good outline of the situation of the ‘sui iuris’ churches within the Catholic Church. In this context, Lorenzo Lorusso’s study (Governo sinodale dei vescovi nella Chiesa patriarcale: Limiti e prospettive) is certainly the most noteworthy. Chapter Eight again deals with a wide-ranging topic in six studies (Burrkhard J. Berkmann, Erdő Péter, Jaime González-Argente, Piotr Majer, Stefano Testa Bappenheim, Patrick Valdrini). Several important and novel aspects of this can be read in Patrick Valdrini’s specific reflection (Immigration, pastorale et droit canonique. Le création du “Bureau pour l ’apostolai auprés des Cambodgiens ”). A similarly current issue is dealt with in Chapter Nine on ecclesiastical property law, where we find the reflections of four authors (Libero Gerosa, Antonio Interguglielmi, Jesús Minambres, Diego Zalbidea), centered around a summary by Jesús Minambres (Governo e governance delle risorse nella Chiesa).
