RECENSIONS

278 RECENSIONS become capable to conserve the values and be example within the society, which can even transform their own milieu, teaching for responsibility. It includes the argumentation from the example of the Holy Family, the unique role and value for mission of the Catholic family, the human love and its special internal values between a man and a woman as family through the love of the Creator. From these values springs the selfless love toward the children within the family and the obligation for transmitting and guard the truth - the accepted Catholic faith - to them, to make them to understand it, to follow it, to practice it - i.e. through their baptism and other sacraments - and to grow in it before God. Hence, the family can enrich with new - familiar with the Catholic family-identity - generations the society around us (pp. 14-17). Prof. Lopez de Guerenu points out. that these are the values which are missing from the education within the family, and these cause deficiency of fulfilling the real Catholic family-model in the society. The consequence is obvious: the high number of invalid marriages and many processes of nullity. Without the above explained preparation, values, and intention, the expressively indicated wifi during the matrimonial liturgy, in numerous times aim at something else but not at the essence of the marriage, moreover, several times intentionally aim at opposite - rejecting with active will the marriage or its some essential element - to the Catholic meaning of marriage (following the secularized categories). The volume is distributed into six extensive chapters by the author. These cover the juridical consideration of marriages with most serious defects (pp. 19-94); analysis of grave defect of discretion of judgment concerning the essential matrimonial rights and duties (pp. 95-196); errors concerning the person or regarding a quality of the person ifit is directly and principally intended, which can be objectively adjudicate by the tribunal (pp. 197-266); entirely or partly simulation of the marriage (means: intentional exclude entirely the marriage itself, or its some essential element) [pp. 267-516]. There is an independent sub-chapter on excluding the children from the marriage which is getting more and more prevalent (pp. 419^-90); the growing number of expressive excluding of unity and sacramentality of the marriage (means: rejection that faithful attitude which aims at bonumfidei, bonum sacramenti) [pp. 491-516]. Lopez de Guerenu deals also with the influence of fear and its grades on the validity of marriage, which can define the will of the couple during the matrimonial act, therefore can cause invalid marriage too (pp. 517-558). Finally, the author turns to the description of Pope Francis (2013-) motu proprios. the Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus, and Mitis et Misericors Iesus 15lh August 2015). It is well known that the two motu proprio modified at several places the Codex iuris canonici and also the Codex canonum Ecclesiarum Orientalium (pp. 559-593). Those considerations and reflections of the authors which observing in detailed the nullity cases based on the jurisprudence of the Rota Romana and the Rota of Madrid enlighten well the prominently importance of the marriage and
