Forrásközlés nevezi. 1624-ben Pázmány Péter a honti, 1628-ban a nyitrai főesperességet adományozta neki. 1636-ban lett őrkanonok. 1638-ban halt meg. A misszálé tehát az 1613. június 9-én történt ajándékozással Érsekújvári Farkas naszvadi plébánoshoz került, akit az érsek akkor Nagysallóra akart helyezni. Tudjuk azonban, hogy a helyén maradt, hiszen Kollányi még 1618-ban is naszvadi plébánosként említi. Vasvári barátsága jeleként adta a könyvet Érsekújvári Farkasnak, aki valószínűleg további állomáshelyeire is magával vitte. Sorsának további alakulásáról sajnos nincs tudomásunk. Végül — talán hagyatékként — az esztergomi Főszékesegyházi Könyvtár állományába került. SUMMARY ZSOLT MEZEI The manuscript page of an incunabulum (Missale Strigoniense, I486! The Cathedral Library of Esztergom preserves the printed medieval missal in the blank pages of which some handwritten marginalia can be found. Most of them are liturgic notes: the abbreviated, note-headed variants and tones of some parts of the mass in Gregorian mode (Gloria, Ice missa esc, Asperges me etc.) There is, however, a seven-line note among them, which includes some precious data of the late-medieval history of Pápa. The data tell about the dedication of the parish church of Pápa in honour of the First Martyr Saint Stephen when Bishop Balázs of Győr consecrated it on 28'1' July, 1485. The feast (church-ale) of the patron saint of the church was changed to the Sunday following 20rh August from 26th December. We assume that the note might have been prepared in 1487 or afterwards, since the missal had been printed in 1486 in Venice. The reconsecration process of an already existing church usually takes place after renovation or reconstruction works. This event can be connected with the fact that the Szapolyai family became the proprietor of the town at around this time. According to our hypothesis, this very missal may have either been the property of the parish-church of Pápa, or its user may have come from Pápa, that is why the notes in connection with the town had been recorded in it. 256 Acta Papensia II.
