Papp, J.: Eleven new Eubazus Nees species from the Neotropical region (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Brachistinae)

scutellar furrow with three strong (one medially and a pair laterally) and six weak crenulae. Propodeum rugose-lacunose, its anterior (or horizontal) part smooth, shiny and divided by a medio-longitudinal carina (Fig. 96). Hind femur four times as long as broad distally, femora 2-3 rugulose (Fig. 97), first femur densely uneven. Claw basally broadening, i.e. without basal lobe (Fig. 98). Fore wing somewhat longer than body. Pterostigma (Fig. 99) 3.3 times as long as wide and issuing r distally from its middle, r 0.7 times shorter than width of pterostigma, 2-SR more than twice as long as r, 3-SR + SRI bent and ending before tip of wing; 1-R1 1.6 times as long as pterostigma, 2-R1 reaching tip of wing. First discal cell: cu-a almost twice longer than l-CUl, 1-M arched, 1-SR-M faintly S-form, 1-M as long as 1-SR-M (Fig. 100). Hind wing: cu-a of subbasal cell straight (Fig. 101). First tergite (Fig. 102) as long as broad behind and somehat more than twice as broad behind as basally; pair of keels parallel, posteriorly weakening and reaching hind end of tergite; tergite between keels smooth, laterally from keel longitudinally and finely striate (Fig. 102). Second tergite transverse, 2.2 times as broad behind as long, tergites 2-3 fused, i.e. border between them very weak, hind tergite a bit longer than second tergite (Fig. 102). Second and further tergites polished. Ovipositor sheath long, as long as hind tibia + basitarsus combined or half as long as fore wing. Ovipositor faintly S-form (Fig. 103). Ground colour of body brown. Scape and pedicel ochre brownish, flagellum brown. Scutellum, metanotum, propodeum (except its horizontal smooth field), lateral side of mesosoma and first tergite blackish to black. Palpi white. Tegula dark brown. Ground colour of legs dark brown; coxae and trochanters white (trochantellus of first leg brownish), distal third of fore femur and middle femur apically ochre brownish, base of hind tibia white, tarsi brown. Wings hyaline, fore wing medially (below pterostigma) brownish fumous. Pterostigma brown, veins brown, light brown to yellowish. Description of the three female paratypes. - Similar to the female holotype. Body 4—4.2 mm long(l 9:4, 1 5:4.1, 1 9 : 4.2). Antenna with 37 (1 9)and38(l 9) antennomeres (antennae of one Figs 94-103. Eubazus rugosus sp. n.: 94 = head in dorsal view, 95 = clypeus, 96 = propodeum, 97 = hind femur with indication of its rugulosity, 98 = claw, 99 = distal part of right fore wing, 100 = first discal and first subdiscal cells of fore wing, 101 = subbasal cell of hind wing, 102 = tergites 1-3, 103 = posterior end of ovipositor
