Móczár, L.: Remarks of some types of Drynini and Gonatopodini (Hymenoptera)

As additions to KIEFFER descriptions, I can state that: metanotum and anterior part of propodeum transparent yellowish-testaceous on specimen from " Corsica" ; both sides of propodeum slightly striated. Mandibles with 4 teeth, maxillary palpi with 4 (2-1-2) segments, labial palpi with 2 (Fig. 63). Segments of antennae 1 — 10 = 6 : 5.5 : 10 : 7 : 6 : 5.5 : 4.5 : 3.5 : 6. POL : OOL = 2 : 15. Pronotum : mesonotum : scutellum : metanotum : propodeum = 18 : 8 : 3 : 5 : 20. Femur of fore leg : tibia : : metatarsus : segment 2 — 5: enlarged claw = 32 : 30 : 12 : 2 : 3.5 : 10 : 17 : 14. Fig. 60 — 64. Gonatopus marshalli KIEFFER, 60: fore femur, 61: Libia 62: tarsal segments 1—4, 63: mouth parts, 64: chela.— Fig. 65—69. Gonatopus gracilipes KIEFFER, 65: chela, 66: labial and 67: maxillary palpi, 68: fore tarsal segments 1—4, 69: mandible (Fig. 60—62). Length: breadth of fore trochanter = 14 : 4. Number of lamellae of segment 5 of fore tarsi 14—16. Enlarged claw of fore tarsi with 5 bristles (Fig. 64). The place of G. gracilipes was suggested to be put beside G. tunatus KLUG by KIEFFER (1906 p. 506). Comparing the types of G. marshalli and gracilipes, I am unable to find any essential differences to warrant the recognition of G. gracilipes as a separate species (Figs. 65— 69). Therefore I take no notice of the detailed enumaration
