ZSUZSA BOROK: PR-WORK AT THE HUNGARIAN MUSEUM FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY The situation at the Hungarian Museum of Science and Technology radically changed in November 2006, when - after rebuilding of the first-floor levels of the two storage buildings - the Open Storage Rooms were opened to the public. In these new conditions PR-work required reconsideration as well. The study deals with the related problems and tasks. It surveys the aims and tasks of the PR-group brought into being. It deals with the target groups of the Museum and their programs. It gives an insight into the complex problem of museum sponsors, and indicates the trends of development of the open storage rooms' PR-work.
