939. szám. 77 ACCORD I AGREEMENT No I concernant les arrangements entre la Hongrie et les Puissances créancières. Article 1

er Pour Pacquittement complet et définitif des charges qui lui incombent en vertu du Traité de Trianon, de l'Armistice du 3 Novembre 1918 et de toutes conventions complémentaires, mais sans préjudice des stipulations de l'article 2 ci-dessous, la Hongrie confirme son obligation de payer les sommes prescrites par la Décision N° 2797 de la Commission des Réparations, en date du 21 Février 1924 et s'engage, au titre des créances spéciales qui ont leur fondement dans ledit Traité, à effectuer à partir du 1

er Janvier 1944 et pendant les années 1944 à 1966 inclus le paiement d'une annuité constante de 13'5 millions de couronnes-or. Le Gouvernement hongrois renonce, d'autre part, à toutes ses créances contre les Puissances créancières en vertu du Traité de Trianon, de l'Armistice du 3 Novembre 1928 et de toutes conventions complémentaires. Article 2 1° Le présent Accord ne porte aucune atteinte aux obligations relatives aux dettes publiques d'avant-guerre dont la charge incombe à la Hongrie en vertu du Traité de Trianon, non •plus qu'aux obligations découlant, soit pour la Hongrie, soit pour les autres Puissances signataires, de tous autres concerning the arrangements between Hungary and the Creditor Powers. Article 1. In complete and final settlement of the charges incumbent on her by virtue of the Treaty of Trianon, of the Armistice of the 3rd November 1918, and of any Agreements supplementary thereto, without prejudice, however, to the stipulations of Article 2 below, Hungary hereby confirms her obligation to pay the sums specified in the Reparation Commission's decision No. 2797 of 21st February, 1924, and undertakes, on account of the special claims which are based on the said Treaty, to make payment of a constant annuity of 13,500,000 gold crowns as from the 1st January, 1944 and during the years 1944 to 1966 inclusive. Further, the Hungarian Government waives any claims which it may have against the Creditor Powers by virtue of the Treaty of Trianon, of the Armistice of the 3rd November 1918, or of any Agreements supplementary thereto. Article 2. 1. The present Agreement in no way affects the obligations in respect of pre-war public debts incumbent upon Hungary by virtue of the Treaty of Trianon, or the obligations which devolve upon either Hungary or upon the other Signatory Powers under any other agreements or arrangements con-
