A m. kir. pénzügyminiszter jelentése a nemzetgyűléshez az1911. évi VI. t.-c. alapján állami monopólium tárgyáb képező ásványolajra, földgázra és más ásványolajfélékre vonatkozó állami kutatási és bányászati jogoknak az idézett törvénycikk 4. §-a alapján a D'Arcy Exploration Company Limited londoni cég által alapítot Hungarian Oil Syndicate Limitedre, illetve - az ez által alapítandó Brit-Magyar Ásványolaj és Földgáz Részvénytársaságra történt átruházása tárgyában
84 543. szám. amely az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. alapján állami monopólium tárgyát képező ásványolaj, földgáz (a következőkben gáznak nevezve) és más ásványolajfélék kutatási jogának a jelen egyezmény tárgyát képező átruházására vonatkozik, további kutató fúrásokat végezni, s az e célra szükséges összeget rendelkezésre bocsátani, a m. kir. pénzügyminiszter az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. 4. §-ában nyert felhatalmazás alapján a jelen egyezmény tartamára Magyarországnakidecsatolt és ezen egyezmény kiegészítő részét képező térképén vörös, sárga és kék vonalakkal körülhatárolt területein az állami monopólium tárgyát képező ásványolaj, gáz és más ásványolaj félék kutatási jogát a szindikátusra ruházza át azzal hogy ezt a jogot a bányatörvény, az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. határozmányai és a jelen egyezmény feltételei értelmében kell gyakorolni. Magyarországnak fentemlített térképén vörös, sárga és kék vonalakkal körülhatárolt területek mindegyike a jelen egyezmény ós az idecsatolt és az egyezmény kiegészítő részét képező »Szerződés« (a következőkben főszerződésnek nevezve) szempontjából egy-egy terület-komplexumnak tekintendő. Ez az átruházás és a jelen egyezmény akkor válik jogerőssé, ha a magyar nemzetgyűlés a m. kir. pénzügyminiszternek vonatkozó jelentését tudomásul vette. Mielőtt a szindikátus az egyezményhez csatolt térképen kék vonalakkal körülhatárolt terület-komplexumon kutató fúrás lemélyítését elkezdené, kérheti a m. kir. pénzügyminisztertől, hogy ezen , terület-komplexum helyett egy ennél Minister of Fináncé relating to the transfer which is the subject of this Agreement of the right to search for oil natural gas (referred to hereinaftér as gas) and other bituminous minerals being the subject of the State monopoly according to Act VI of the year One thousand nine hundred and eleven and to provide the necessary sums for this purpose the Royal Hungárián Minister of Fináncé by virtue of the authorisation bestowed upon him by § 4 of Act VI of the year One thousand nine hundred and eleven transfers to the Syndicate for the period of this Agreement on the areas enclosed by the red yellow andbluelines on the map of Hungary annexed to this Agreement and which forms an integral part of this Agreement the right to search for oil gas and other bituminous minerals being the subject of the monopoly of the State such right being exercised in compliance with the provisions of the Mining Law and Act VI of the year One thousand nine hundred and eleven and the conditions of the present Agreement. In regard to the present Agreement and the annexed Contract which forms an integral part thereof and is herein alter reterred to as the »Main Contract« each of the areas enclosed by the red yellow and blue lines on the map of Hungary mentioned above shall be known and considered as a »complete area*. This transfer and the present Agreement shall come intő validity when the Hungárián National Assembly shall ha ve voted in favour of the relative report of the Royal Hungárián Minister of Fináncé. Before the Syndicate commences the testboring on the »complete area« enclosed in the blue lines on the annexed map of Hungary the Syndicate can ask the Royal Hungárián Minister of Fináncé to transfer to the Syndicate in exchange the right to
