444 1055. szám. 23. §. A Cunard társaság a kereskedelmi m. kir. Ministerrel 1904. évi december hó 8-ikán a postai küldemények szállítása tárgyában kötött szerződés rendelkezéseit magára nézve kötelezőnek ismeri el addig is, míg ezen tárgyban újabb szerződés fog köttetni. 24.. §. A cs. és kir. külügyministerium, a washingtoni osztrák-magyar nagykövetség ós az Északamerikai Egyesült-Államok, valamint a kanadai osztrák-magyar konzuli hivatalok postaküldeménj'eit a Cunard társaság a már megállapított módon és feltótelek mellett elszállítani köteles. 25. §. . A magyar őstermelósi v; gy iparcikkekből az Északamerikai EgyesültÁllamokba menő mintaküldemónyeket a m. kir. kormány felhívására a Cunard társaság díjmentesen tartozik hajóin Fiúméból New-Yorkba szállítani. — Ily mintaküldemények súlya azonban 1—1 (egy-egy) hajón összesesen 10 (Tíz) tonnát, illetve térfogata 10 (Tíz) köbmétert meg nem haladhat. ' 26. §. A Cunard társaság gondoskodni tartozik, hogy a fiume—new-yorki vonalon közlekedő hajóin lehetőleg egy fiumei m. kir. tengerészeti akadémiát végzett, magyarul tudó tiszt és a hajóslegénysóg és a kiszolgáló személyzet között is lehetőleg minél több magyarul ós az utasok nyelvén beszélő egyén is legyen alkalmazva. 23. The Cunard Company recognises the provisions of the Mail Contract dated December 8 1904 made with the Royal Hungárián Minister of Commerce to be binding on them until a new Contract will be concluded for this purpose. . 24. The Cunard Company bind themselves to convey the mail of the Imperial and Royal Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and Austro Hungárián Embassy at Washington, and the Austro Hungárián Consular offices of the United States of Amei'ica and Canada in a manner and under conditions already stipulated. 25. On the request of the Royal Hungárián Government the Cunard Company shall forward free of any oharge in their Steamers from Fiume to New-York samples of the Hunga rian agricultural and industrial products sent to the United of America. The totál weight of the samples sent per each steamer shall not exceed ten tons respectively a capacity of ten cubic meters. 26. The Cunard Company shall take care that on their steamers trading between Fiume and New-York there shall be, as far as possible, an officer knowing Hungárián who has frequented the Royal Hungárián Marine Ácademy at Fiume, and that there shall be as far as possible among the crew and the attending servants several persons speaking Hungárián and familiar with the language of the Hungárián passengers.
