1055. szám. 446 27. §. A m. kir. Belügyniinister intézkedni fog, hogy az ezen forgalmat szolgáló hajók számára a fiumei kikötőben alkalmas kikötési hely jelöl tessék ki, hol azok beérkezéskor azonnal elhelyezkedhessenek. .; 28. §. Ha a fiume—new-yorki járatok menetrendjében megállapított indulási idő és utazási tartam a m. kir. Belügyminister tudomása nélkül utólag módosíttatott és ha a késés kellőleg nem igazoltatik, a m. kir. Belügyminister a Cunard társaságot esetenkint 2.000 koronáig terjedhető és a társaság biztosítókából levonható bírsággal sújthatja. Ha a Cunard társaság a jelen szerződés szerint kötelezett járatok bármelyikét nem teljesíti, anélkül, hogy a vis-major valamely esetét igazolná, a m. kir. Belügymini sternek jogában álland, a társaságot minden egyes esetben 4.000 koronáig terjedhető ós a társaság biztosítékából levonható pénzbírsággal sújtani. — Amennyiben a társaság az elmaradt járatot rövid záros határidőn belül nem pótolná és az utasok, postar ós árú elszállításáról az 1., 10., illetve 11. §-ok értelmében nem gondoskodnék, a m. kir. Belügyminister ezeket más vállalat által a társaság költségére ós veszélyére és a társaság biztosítékának bírói közbenjárás nélkül való igénybe vétele mellett is teljesíttetni fogja. 27. The Royal Hungárián Minister of Interior shall take the necessary measures for assigning an appropriate landing place in the Harbour of Fiume for the steamers trading under this Contract in order that they may be moored immediately on their arrival at their bérth. 28/ If there should be any change in the time of departure as fixed in the itinerary or in the duration of the voyage of any of the Fiume New-York sailings without the Royal Hungagarian Minister of the Interior having been informed thereof, or without the delay having been duly justified, the Royal Hungárián Minister of Interior may impose a fine not exeeding 2.000 Crowns upon the Cunard Company in each case which amount may be deducted from the Caution Monies desposited by the Cunard Company. Should the Cunard Company fail to perform any one of the voyages heréin stipulated without justifying the case of force majeure the Royal Hungárián Minister of the Interior shall be entitled to impose on the Company in each case a fine not exceeding 4.000 Crowns which amount may be deductet from the Caution Monies deposited by the Company. Schould the Company fail to make up for a voyage thus omitted within a short limited time, and should not provide for the transport of the passengers and the carriage of the mail and cargo, according to the terms of §§ 1, 10 and 11 of the present Contrac respectively, the Royal Hungárián Minister of the Interior will take steps to ha ve these services effected by somé other Company at the expense and risk of the Cunard Company, availing himself of the Company's deposit without legal interference.
