Irományszámok - 1910-1055. A magyar királyi belügyminiszter jelentése a magyar országgyülés képviselőházához a "Cunard Steam Ship Co. Limited" liverpooli hajóstársaság szállítási engedélyének meghosszabbítása tárgyában
1055. szám. 443 tartama alatt évenkint 1.0C0 (Egyezer) koronát a m. kir központi állampénztárba minden év április hó l-ig befizetni. 21. §. Minden hajót, mely ezen szolgálatban először érkezik a fiumei kikötőbe, a m. kir. Belügyminister által kibocsátott utasítások alapján egy külön e célra kiküldött bizottság megvizsgálja és amennyiben utasok felvételére alkalmasnak találja, az engedélyt megadja. A bizottság ezen el] árasából felmerülő összes költségeket a Cunard társaság az engedély megadásától számított 30 nap alatt megtéríteni tartozik. 22. £ A Cunard társaság kötelezettséget vállal az iránt, hogy a fiume— new-yorki vonalon közlekedő hajóinak Fiuméből elbajózandó utasok számára szükséges élelmiszereket és egyéb anyagkészleteket Magjarországon magyar termékekből fogja beszerezni, még az esetben is, ha ezeknek ára 10 (Tiz) százalékkal Fiúméban drágább, mint beigazolhatólag más piacokon. Amennyiben ezen beszerzések tekintetében valamely szállító-vállalattal szerződés létesülne, ezen szerződés a m. kir. Belügy mi nistemek bemutatandó. A m. kir. Belügyminister gondoskodik arról, hogy fenti kötelezettségek egyrészt lehetőleg gazdaságos beszerzés által, másrészt a társaságot terhelő ée a 13. §. a) pontjában említett ellátási költségek mérséklésével enyhíttessenek. per year during the whole term of this Contract for the benefit of the Emigrant Fund, and sbal deli ver this amount yearly up to the Ist of April, intő the Royal Hungárián Central State Cash. 21. §• Each steamer arriving in this service for the first time in the port of Fiume, shall in accordance with the orders given by the Royal Hungárián Minister of the Interior, be examined by a Committee specially delegated for this purpose, and if found suitable for the transportation of passengers permission to use such steamer will be given. Ali expenses incurred by the Committe by this proceeding the Cunard Company shall refund within 30 days when the Concession is given. 22. §. The Cunard Company bind themselves to take in Hungary their supplies of victuals and of other materials produced in Hungary required for the passengers embarked at Fiume on their steamers running the Fiume New-York Line evén if the cost of these-supplies is up to 10°/o higher in Fiume than evidently on other markets. In case a contract should be entered intő with somé supplying concern in respect of these supplies, the Contract shall be submitted to the Royal Hungárián Minister of the Interior. The Royal Hungárián Minister of Interior shall take care that the fulfilment of the above obligations be facilitated on the one hand by acquiring as far as possible in an economical way the supplies and on the otherhand by keeping downthe cost of maintenance of the passengers incumbent on the Company as per Clause 13 subclause aj. 56*
