1055. szám. 441 pontjáról Fiúmén át New-Yorkba ós onnan bármely más helyre és viszont, közvetlen menetjegyet adhasson ki. 18. §. A Cunard társaság köteles NewYork ós Fiume között közlekedő hajóin az Amerikából Magyarországba hazatérő vagyontalan magyar állampolgárokat óvenkint legfeljebb 1.000-et, kik az Északamerikai Egyesült-Államokban és Kanadában székelő osztrák-magyar konzulátus által erre kiállított utalvánnyal vannak ellátva, III. osztályon és pedig 12 éven felülieket fejenkint 50 (Ötven) korona, az 1-12 éves gyermekeket fejenkint 25 (Huszonöt) korona viteldíjért és a felnőttek kíséretében utazó egy éven aluli gyermekeket ingyen New-Yorkból Fiúméba szállítani. Ezen visszaszállításnál a 13. §. jt), b) és c) pontjaiban foglalt köte. lezettségek a fiumei ingyen ellátás kivételével, a Cunard társaságot szintén terhelik. 19. §. A Cunard társaság kötelezi magát, hogy gondoskodni fog arról, hogy az Eszakam erikai EgyesültÁllamokból és Kanadából hazatérni kívánó magyar állampolgárok lehetőleg kedvező viteldíjak mellet szállíttassanak Fiúméba. — Ezen viteldíjszabályzat a m. kir. Belügyministernek esetről-esetre bemutatandó. A Cunard társaság kötelezi magát, hogy azon hazatérő magyar állampolgárokat, kik a m. kir. Belügy minister, vagy az általa megbízott hatóságtól láttamozott igazolvánnyal vannak ellátva, New-York Képv. iromány. 1910—1915. The Cunard Company .shall undertake the transportation back to Hungary on their boats trading between New-York and Fiume of those impecunious Hungárián subjects, yearly not more than 1000, who are bearers of orders received fór their passage back to Hungary from the Austro-Hungarian Consulates in the United States of America and Canada, and shall carry them írom New-York to Fiume third class at the rate of 50 Crowns per head for áll persons over 12 years and at the rate of 25 Crowns for children 1/12 years old, and finally gratis the children under one year accompanied by adults. The obligation contained in the Clauses a), b) and c) of Clause 13 shall be incumbent upon the Cunard Company alsó regarding those returned passenger transports with exception of the gratis provisioning of the passenger at Fiume. 19. The Cunard Company bind themselves to provide for the return passage of Hungárián subjects disiring to return home from the United States of Amerika and Canada to Fiume at as favorable rates as possible. This passage tariff must be submitted to the Royal Hungárián Minister of Interior in each case when issued.
