12 35. szám. kérdések terjesztetni fognak, à Hágai Állandó Nemzetközi Bíróság lesz, kivéve, ha a Szerződő Felek bármely adott esetben másként állapodnak meg. 20. cikk. Jelen szerződés határozmányai nem vonatkoznak Indiára, vagy 0 Brit Felsége valamely ' önkormányzattal bíró, területére, gyarmatára, birtokára vagy protektorátusára, kivéve, ha Ő Brit Felsége budapesti követe Ő Brit Felségének ama óhaját nyilvánítaná, hogy ezen határozmányok valamely fenti területre is kiterjesztessenek. Ezzel szemben Indiának, vagy Ő Brit Felsége valamely önkormányzattal bíró területének s gyarmatának, birtokának vagy protektorátusának árui, nyerstermékei vagy ipari készítményei teljesen és feltétlenül élvezni fogják Magyarországon a legnagyobb kedvezményes elbánást, mindaddig, míg Magyarország árui, nyerstermékei vagy ipari készítményei Indiában, vagy az illető önkormányzattal bíró területen s gyarmatban, birtokban vagy protektorátusban oly kedvező elbánásban fognak részesülni, mint bármely más idegen ország árui, nyerstermékei ós ipari készítményei. 21. cikk. Jelen szerződés Indiára ós 0 Brit Felségének önkormányzattal rendelkező területeire, gyarmataira, birtokaira és protektorátusaira vonatkozó határozmányai azokra a területekre nézve is érvényesek, melyekre vonatkozólag Ő Brit Felsége a Nemzetek Szövetségétől mandátumot fogadott el. 22. cikk. Jelen szerződós meg fog erősíttetni és a megerősítő okmányok a legrövidebb időn belül Londonban fognak kicseréltetni. A szerződés a megerősítés után azonnal életbe fog lépni és életbelépésének napjától számított 10 évig érvényben marad. Nevertheless, goods produced or manufactured in India or in any of His Britannic Majesty's self-governing dominions, colonies, possessions or protectorates shall enjoy in Hungary complete and unconditional most-favoured-nation treatment so long as goods produced or manufactured in Hungary are accorded in India or such self-governing dominion, colony, possession or protectorate treatment as favourable as that accorded to goods produced or manufactured in any other foreign country. * Article 21. The terms of the preceding article relating to India and to His Britannic Majesty's selfgovernning dominions, colonies, possessions and protectorates shall apply also to any territory in respect of which a mandate on behalf of the League of Nations has been accepted by His Britannic Majesty. Article 22. The present treaty shall be ratified and the ratifications shall be exchanged at London as soon as possible. It shall come into force immediately upon ratification, and shall be binding during ten years from the date of its coming into force.
