146 cccxxxin. SZÁM. Regulations under which the trade of the Austro-Himgarian Monarchy is to be conducted in Japan. Regulations I. Within forty eight hours (Sunday excepted) after the arrival of an Austro-Hungarian ship in a Japanese port, the captain or commander shall exhibit to the Japanese Custom - House Authorities the receipt of the Imperial and Royal Consul, showing that he has deposited all the ship's papers, the ship's bIIls of lading etc. at the Imperial and Royal Consulate and he shall then make an entry of his ships, by giving a written paper, stating the name ef the ship, and the name of the port, from which she comes, her tonnage, the name of her captain or commander, the names of her passengers (if any) and the number of her crew, which paper shall be certified by the Captain or Commander to be a true statement and shall be signed by him : he shall at the same time deposit a written manifest of his cargo, setting forth the marks and numbers of the packages and their contents, as they are described in his bIIls of lading with the names of the person or persons to whom they are consigned. A list of the stoves of the ship shall be added to the manifest. The Captain or Commander shall certify the manifest to be a true account of all the cargo and stores on board the ship and shall sign his name to the same. If any error is discovered in the manifest, it may be corrected within twenty four hours (Sunday excepted) without they payment of any fees, but for any alteration or post entry to the manifest made after that time a fee of fifteen dollars shall be paid. All goods, not entered on the manifest shall, besides the duty, pay a fine equal in amount to that duty. Any Captain or Commandor who shall neglect to enter his vessel at the Japanese Custom-House within the time prescribed by this regulation, shall pay a penalty of sixty dollars for each day that he shall so neglect to enter his ship. Regulation II. The Japanese Government shall have the right, to place Custom-House officers on board of any Határozatok melyek szerint üzendö az osztrák-magyar monarchia kereskedelme Japánban. I. Határozat. Osztrák-magyar hajó kapitánya vagy parancsnoka köteles hajójának japáni kikötőbe érkezte után 48 óra alatt (vasárnapok kivételével) bemutatni a japáni vámhatóságoknak a cs. és kir. consul elismervényét arról, hogy a cs. és kir. ügynökségnek átadta a hajójára vonatkozó okmányokat, árujegyzékeket stb., mire Írásban be fogja jelenteni a hajó nevét, azon kikötőt, melyből elindult, tonna-tartalmát, a hajó kapitánya vagy parancsnokának s az utazók nevét (ha IIyenek vannak) és a hajós legénység számát. Ezen irat helyességéről a kapitány vagy parancsnok aláirásával kezeskedik, egyúttal tartozik Írásban átnyújtani a rakmány-nyIIatkozatot, mely feltünteti a málhadarabok jegyeit, számait és tartalmát, mint az az árujegyzékben meg van említve, valamint azon személy vagy személyek neveit is, kikhez azok czímezve vannak. Ezen rakmány-nyilatkozathoz csatolandó a hajókészletek jegyzéke is, a kapitány vagy parancsnok a rakomány-nyIIatkozatot alá fogja irni és elismerendi, hogy abban az öszszes rakmány és minden a hajón levő készlet helyesen be van vezetve. Ha a rakmány-nyIIatkozatban valamely hiba fedeztetnék fel, az 24 óra alatt (vasárnapok kivételével) IIletékfizetés nélkül igazitható helyre, ezen idő eltelte után azonban minden változtatás vagy későbbi bevezetés a rakmány-nyilatkozatba 15 dollárs-al fizetendő meg. A rakmány-nyIIatkozatban nem foglalt javakért az érettök járó vámon kivül pénzbírság is fizetendő, melynek Összege egyenlő az ezen javaktól szedendő vámokkal. Azon kapitány vagy parancsnok, ki elmulasztaná hajójának megérkeztét a japáni vámhivatalnál a fennebb emiitett határidő alatt bejelenteni, 60 dollárs-al büntetendő minden egyes napért, melyen hajójának bejelentését elmulasztotta. II. Határozat. A japáni kormánynak jogában áll, hadihajók kivételével, minden a japáni kikötőkben lévő hajóra
