In case an agenda item was selected for publication, it is published even if it has been already published elsewhere. The minutes were numbered beginning with No. i per each government, the original, annually re-starting minutes serial numbers are given in brackets. Participants of the meetings, subject matters (contents), and the text of the Monarch’s endorsement are not listed in the publication. From these, the first and the last ones are published in a summary in a separate chart. Agenda item titles in bold are given by the author. This title - if the whole text of the agenda item is not published - is the abstract of the item as well. The subject and explanatory notes give the archival sources and professional literature - essential for understanding the subject - referring to the history of the cases discussed in the agenda. The use of the source edition is aided by a personal name index, geographical name index, agenda item index, list of significant persons appearing in agenda items, abbreviations, the list of used sources, professional literature, and an annex table. 827
