Smicromyrme (Smicromyrme) rufipes (FABRICIUS, 1787) 9 (6) Wrinkles not covering entire pygidium, at least apex smooth and shiny. 10 (11) Pygidium oblong-ovate, wrinkled from base, small apical area smooth, wrinkles more or less winding or straight (Fig. 138). Pale hairs of mesosoma regularly scattered, not forming two ill-defined spots (3rd subgenus: Astomyrme SCHWARTZ, 1984). Clypeus slightly convex with small tubercle in middle. Mandibles tridentate, two denticles under apex small (Fig. 110). Base of mandibles rusty brown, dark­ening toward apex. Flagellomere 1, 2 and 3 roughly of equal length. Scape dark, other parts of antennae reddish brown, not darkening toward apex. Mesosoma about 1.2-1.3x longer than wide, anterior and posterior angles more or less rec­tangular, sharp, not rounded. Scutellar scale small, scarcely visible. Middle of metasomal tergite 2 with oblong spot of silvery pubescence almost touching ante­rior margin of tergite, and with small similarly coloured spot on each side. Posterior margin of tergite 2 with band of pale pubescence broadly produced forward in middle. Pale pubescence entirely covering tergite 3. Head with sparse erect long black setae, without pale pubescence. Mesosoma coarsely punctate, with sparse dark erect and appressed pubescence, central part with sparse appressed reddish brown pubescence. Legs dark chestnut brown, tarsi with sil­very erect setae. Medium-sized species (Fig. 186). 6-8 mm. Described from Hungary (MUSKOVITS & LELEJ), it is a very rare, only few localités are known (Fig. 26). The name is derived from the type locality (Pilisborosjenő), where it was collected by József Muskovits. Only one male specimen is known from Sóskút. Known period of collection: 8.V.-7.X. Distribution: Hungary. Smicromyrme (Astomyrme) pilisensis MUSKOVITS ET LELEJ, 2010 11 (10) Pygidium narrowly oval, apical part smooth, shiny, with parallel wrinkles on other parts (Fig. 141). Pale hairs of mesosoma forming two ill-defined spots before middle (4th subgenus: Erimyrme LELEJ, 1985). Clypeus concave, with tooth-like tubercle in middle of anterior margin. Flagellomere 1 about as long as 2. Mandibles tridentate, but two little denticles on inner edge hardly visible (Fig. 114). Mesosoma about 1.4x longer than wide. Scutellar scale wide, nail-like, clearly visible. Mesosoma rusty red, anterior mar­gin black. Antennae reddish brown, darkening toward apex. Legs chestnut brown, knees and tarsi red. Frons and vertex with ill-defined, medium-sized spot of appressed pale setae. Ventral parts of head, metasoma and legs with sparse pale setae. Metasomal tergite 2 with round spot in middle, with small similarly col­oured spot on each side, and with band of pale pubescence on posterior margin produced triangularly forward. In small specimens basal spot sometimes weak. Tergite 3 entirely covered by pale pubescence, no band of pale pubescence on other tergites. Small species (Fig. 190). 3-6 mm.
