PÁL LAKATOS-IMRE ORBÁN VISITING THE SAINT STEPHEN PARISH IN MAKÓ (IN 1835 AND 1859) In the second half of our essay, we included the appendix attached to the canonica visitatio. The deeper discussion of these writings, catalogues and tables was not possible in the main text of the canonical visitation. Unfortunately, the appendix of the records for the year of 1859 was not available for our use. While the main text of the record book documenting the visitation was written entirely in Latin, parts of the present section was written not only in Latin, but in Hungarian as well. Chapters in the text, set in italics indicate chapters that were originally written in Latin. The following sections are discussed in the appendix. I.
