194 1921 that I attach great importance to the fact that I have never used the term "territoires provisoirement occupés" when referring to the territories which the Treaty of Trianon detached from Hungary. As to the correspondence of the Refugee Office mentioned by Mr. Take Jonescu, you are requested on a suitable occasion to mention to the Foreign Minister that this must refer to the circular issued by this office in the interest of obtaining charitable help for the refugees, of which Count [Stephen] Csáky has already privately informed you. The circular could only by accident have reached territories annexed by Rumania, probably as a result of the fact that counties are in several places divided by the frontier. For your own information, I may add that the Refugee Office has in fact no correspondence whatever with the occupied territories. No. 174. 2481/i.a.
