1 Count Nemes received a memorandum

2 from the Consulta, according to which the Reparations Commission will have a single department for Hungary and Austria, which will sit in Budapest and Vienna alternately, according as it deals with Hungarian or Austrian affairs. According to the memorandum, this arrangement will make for uniformity in the application of general principles and reduce expenses, which would be to the benefit of both States. You are requested to check the accuracy of this information.

4 concernant l'échange de quelques prisonniers politiques hongrois détenus par les autorités roumaines contre certains prisonniers politiques roumains qui se trouvent en détention en Hongrie, j'ai l'honneur de porter à votre connaissance qu'entre temps, j'ai entamé des pourparlers à ce sujet par voie directe avec M. Arion, Représentant de Roumanie, arrivé à Budapest, et j'espère pouvoir les mener à bonne fin au plus tôt.
