38 1921 No. 38. 211 /pol. The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Count Teleki, to the Minister of Hungary in Vienna, Dr. Gratz. [TRANSLATION] Code telegram No. 13. BUDAPEST, January 13, 1921. According to his report of the eleventh, 1 Count Nemes received a memorandum 2 from the Consulta, according to which the Reparations Commission will have a single department for Hungary and Austria, which will sit in Budapest and Vienna alternately, according as it deals with Hungarian or Austrian affairs. According to the memorandum, this arrangement will make for uniformity in the application of general principles and reduce expenses, which would be to the benefit of both States. You are requested to check the accuracy of this information. 3 No. 39. 8352/pol. —1920.
