Bishop Br» Imre Révész approached the minister of Culture with the request to be pensioned, as professor of University. His request being granted* he resigned his post as minister of*Debrecen. The presidency of the diocese of Debrecen accepted his resignation.

A very interesting and instructive pamphlet on the life of Protestants in the Soviet Union appeared in the publication of the General Conventus of the Hungarian Reformed Church. J. I. Zsitkov, president of the council of evangelical Christians in the Soviet Union describes in it the origin of Russian evangelical movements, their history of church hymns of the last decades.
