The cooperative was established on the 1st of December 1960. In the last 12 years significant development has been achieved and at the moment this cooperative is one of the best among our cooperatives. The main scope of the cooperative is vinegrowing and within it the wine-grape production and processing.

The cooperative works with up-to-date processing technology and has great capacity for wine stocking. In small quantity it has its own wine bottling.

Together with the large-scale vine-growing the cooperative has introduced and worked out advanced plant-protection technology, field cropping of significance as well as supplementary activities. The common property of the cooperative amounts to 57,7 million Forints in 1971. The per capita income amounts to 26 750 Forints in 1971.

The cooperative has been awarded different medals at many national, international exhibitions and wine-competitions.

Ot the occasion to the study tour the up-to-date vine-yard can be visited with air plant-protection demonstration.
