The main production branch ot the state farm is the viniculture and fruit production. Animal husbandry and plant growing are also significant.

Various large-scale experiments are carried out at the farm in collaboration with some research institutes on different production branches.

Amog these the most important experiment is the four-way cultivation of 55 grape species with the Horticultural University in Budapest. The method of production of grapes planted in different distance of rows is also studied at the state farm. Apple and peach igrowing play important role, as well. The state farm works according to the up-to-date production technological, process.

The state farm has a significant cattle stock and internationally welldcnown sportdiorse breeding. Some plant varieties of field crops are resulting in high yields.

The state farm has been awarded many times valuable medals at many national and international exhibitions.

On the occasion ot the study tour the scientific experiment of 55 grape species can be visited and the top leaders of the farm, as well as the experts of the Horticultural University will give information on the work carried out.
